Cancelled stock orders are subject to a forfeiture fee equal to 25% of the purchase price.

All stock merchandise authorised for return must be returned to our warehouse, freight pre-paid by the customer, packed in original cartons, and in good and saleable condition or a credit on account or refund will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase including written authorisation with Return Authorisation number. Absolutely no returns for refund or credit will be approved after 30 days from date of purchase or invoice date.

ALL RETURNED STOCK MERCHANDISE IS SUBJECT TO A THIRTY (30) PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.

Special/Custom Orders and Closeouts: Special or Custom Order material cannot be returned for credit or refund. Country Floors purchases from independent vendors or artisan manufacturers on behalf of the customer are subject to the vendor’s or manufacturer’s policies. There are no exceptions. Please review this policy with your sales consultant prior to purchasing. All sales of close-outs, phase-out and discontinued merchandise are final and will not be approved for return or refund.

Special or Custom Order tiles are those products on Country Floors price list which are specially ordered for customers such as custom colours, custom sizes, Country Floors being out of stock or requirements that exceed the Company’s standard inventory stock level allowances.
