SHOWROOM SALES MANAGER:
We are looking for a confident, creative and enthusiastic individual who loves to sell & manage the sales operations of our busy showroom. This includes the following: leadership of a team of sales professionals in the day-to-day functions focused on achieving sales excellence through inside & outside sales, achieving aggressive goals by developing and motivating a team of sales professionals, improving and maintaining the quality of the customer service experience within the showroom, training, developing and motivating the sales team, and managing customer escalations to resolution.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years related sales management experience in the tile and stone, kitchen and bath or design industries. The position requires effective communication & negotiation skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding team environment. Also, candidates must be computer literate along with Microsoft Office skills and a strong interest in tile and stone, kitchen and bath or design industries and current home furnishings fashions. JD Edwards experience is a plus. Top notch presentation, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with follow-up and the ability to work with a successful team.

Energetic and sophisticated sales and design consultants with top sales performance in tile and stone, kitchen and bath or design industries are the most successful in this position. We expect excellent customer service, the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and the drive to bring new customers to our business. You will love this job if you are a career minded individual that possesses creativity, energy, a stylish appearance, organizational skills, the ability to work independently & a passion for success.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably showroom sales experience, along with prospecting and aggressive closing skills. A college degree is preferred along with Microsoft Office skills and a strong interest in tile and stone, kitchen and bath or design industries or  current home furnishings fashions. JD Edwards experience is a plus. Top notch presentation, verbal and written communication skills are required, along with follow-up and the ability to work with a successful team.
