Over the past two years, we have more than doubled our product range. In fact, we introduced so many new products some consumers are finding it hard to keep pace with the growing selection we offer. Due to the constant development of new products, our catalogue and brochures may not always show all that is available in our showrooms. In some instances, the TILE shown in one of our brochures may no longer be available. Using our web site as a visual display tool, our newest products will be highlighted along with changes and additions to our product directory.
We stock most of our own collection of TILE, terra cotta, MOSAICS and natural stone at four warehouse locations in the USA and Canada. It is not possible to guarantee that all products will be available in stock at any one time. Always check current availability status allowing plenty of lead time, prior to confirming your order. In addition to our own brands, we offer a wide selection of custom and made to order tiles. Always confirm estimated delivery times with your sales consultant. Our collections bring together the new and contemporary as well as ancient authentic patterns and colours. Some collections have very fast production schedules and others require extensive hand work and time for production and refinement.
We are well known for the handcrafted tiles we have been selling since 1964. The bond between our brand and nature remains strong and runs through the enriched clays making up our hand moulded tiles and continues through the individual pieces of natural quarried stone. These are part of the array of authentic and beautiful products we are selling to bring inspiration, beauty and art into peoples’ homes and commercial projects.

We can arrange nationwide delivery service for modest and appropriate charges or stock orders can be collected from one of our warehouses with prior arrangement.
All orders are carefully double-checked to ensure consumers that they leave our warehouses in good and perfect condition. Please check the contents thoroughly as soon as your order is delivered. In the unlikely event that tiles are damaged during shipment, a freight claim must be reported and filed with the freight company within five days. Please follow the freight claim instructions included with the shipment.
Always inspect your tiles before they are installed, as installation signifies acceptance. Installed material of any kind and specially ordered or custom made materials are not returnable. Although we take great care to ensure satisfactory delivery of consumer orders, we cannot accept liability for damage during shipment or delivery of goods. We do not accept responsibility for lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, postponed or for being incorrect.
Samples are available at your local Country Floors™ showroom or, if you are unable to visit a showroom, we are happy to send out a sample by UPS. We do not charge for packing or standard shipping on individually purchased samples.
All full size TILE, borders, MOSAICS and stone samples are charged at the normal retail price and are returnable for refund within four weeks or 30 days of purchase.
