Country Floors exists to make homes and other built spaces feel warm, safe and beautiful and to contribute to the quality of life of all those whom we serve. As such and as always across the our 50+ year history of our brand, the well-being of our associates, customers, partners and communities is paramount. During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, we also remain deeply committed to supporting all of you by safely, speedily and thoughtfully facilitating your needs.
In pursuit of living up to the huge humanitarian challenge we all currently face we have implemented these immediate operational changes:
Week of March 23 – 28:
- Your Safety. We continue to take all responsible and necessary precautions, with rigorous adherence to CDC guidelines including a relentless focus on hygiene and sanitization as well as appropriate social distancing in our warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
- Country Floors Showrooms are all in areas with current local business closing regulations (LA, NYC and SF) and are closed. We’re forwarding customer calls to our associates, and orders for samples and/or materials can be placed by phone or email at your convenience.
- Product and sample orders can be placed by phone, email or online and can be picked up or shipped by common carrier where permitted.
- Dealers: we’re here for you, please get in touch with whatever you may need.
